As a policyholder of Hingham Mutual Fire Insurance Company, you are entitled to attend the Annual Meeting and vote on matters that are before the policyholders of the Company.
At the Annual Meeting on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 the matter before the policyholders is to fill vacancies on the Board of Directors. The Directors of the Company recommend a vote in favor of the following nominees:
